The Aspenwood Company, a leader in the senior living industry, has an opportunity for a Marketing Production Coordinator.

Pay Rate: $65,000 - $75,000/yr. 

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for responsible for preparing and completing artwork for print and/or digital media, including flyers, brochures, social media, advertising and other marketing materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with internal/external teams to develop creative, strategic brand-building programs through digital, social media, and print campaigns
• Create consistent campaign assets of various mediums for Aspenwood’s portfolio of senior living communities
• Coordination of creating content and design for all community events, marketing collaterals and advertising campaigns
• Basic understanding of Content Management System (CMS) for uploading and revising content (blogs, images, copy, etc)
• Ability to working efficiently within templates producing high-volume of assets
• Working knowledge of creating templated email campaigns as additional assets
• Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time
• Ability to produce assets with minimal dependence on available information
• Produce social media posts, assets, and schedule accordingly
• Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
• Enforces brand style guide on all marketing materials/communications and updates as necessary
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team and the printer
• Perform other duties as assigned.
